Handmade by Stephen McRae so dimensions, colour and shape may vary. Unlike the galvanised wren and wrought iron wren on a stick, this wren design features a galvanised wren which is welded into its cut out shape, giving the impression it is flying out of its outline behind. The wren itself is galvanised and the background cut out is left to oxidise, enhancing the difference between the bird and its cut out background. I think we all at times in our lives associate with this kind of rebirth impression that this Wren design gives. Mounted on a 1200mm tall strong 6mm round steel stick and hook which is also an ideal support for any plant, or hanging a birdfeeder or fat balls from.
