Packaging and Delivery

We are committed to using no plastics in our packaging, so only cardboard, card and paper from responsible sustainable sources that is compostable and easily recycled in your household waste is used.

​All metalwork has to be covered before dispatch and can sometimes be bulky.

Collection

​With some of the larger items in Fresh from the Forge it is, if possible, easier to arrange collection. The McRae workshop is very accessible with ample parking and it is therefore incredibly easy to visit and to collect your purchase.

​It is also worth noting that as well as being voted Britain’s top place to live in by the Times newspaper, the market town of Ledbury sits in the most beautiful Herefordshire countryside, with nearby landmarks such as The Malvern Hills, the three incredible cathedrals of Hereford, Worcester and Gloucester nearby, award winning vineyards as well as being the home of Cider production in the country, stunning rivers and walks all within a stone’s throw.
